Privacy notice
Draft for product testing. Obtain legal review and add operator contact details before public launch.
What the service collects
Hosts provide a name, email address, and password. Players provide a display name and may optionally provide an email address. Players upload photographs while participating in an event. The service also keeps session activity, scores, and technical identifiers needed to restore play.
How information is used
Names and photographs are used to operate the selected game, gallery, moderation, slideshow, and downloads. We do not sell photographs or names, use them for advertising, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models. Authorized personnel may review photographs when handling safety reports and may review event content to improve prompts and contest design.
Who can see and save photographs
The event host can review and download event photographs. If the host enables the gallery, participants in that event can view approved photographs. If the host enables participant downloads, they can download the gallery. Even when download controls are disabled, a person who can view an image may still take a screenshot or save it using device or browser tools. We cannot control copies made by other participants.
Retention and deletion
Event records and stored photos are automatically removed after 90 days. A host or administrator may delete a session sooner; deleting a session permanently removes its participant records, submissions, and stored image files.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13. Photographs containing a child may be personal information. Event hosts are responsible for choosing an appropriate audience and obtaining any necessary parent or guardian permission. Public launch should not allow children under 13 to upload photographs without a reviewed parental-consent process.
Your choices
Players may decline to provide an optional email address. Hosts can require photo approval, disable participant gallery downloads, remove individual photographs, or delete the entire session. Contact the event host to request removal during an event.
